Here we have a major
problem and a failure in progress. Notice that the heat level in the
loose connection is above 230°. This is a potential fire and arc
flash just waiting to happen. This switch gear needs to be
disconnected and this wire pulled and cleaned then reinstalled
making sure all wire connections are clean and tight.
